I think this needs to be shared more. I've stopped training for a while because my hips would give me massive pains. I read this article and spoke to the writer (Anthony Lo in Sydney) and he gave me a bit of advice on what to study.
I've tested this and today, managed to squat 60KGs for about 50-60 reps with much more control, albeit still a little imbalanced.
It's been 4 hours now and I've yet to feel any pain. Very very thankful for this little article and I've a few DVD's about anatomy otw from Denmark and 2 books from India about physiology.
